1. About these terms

1.1 buildblock.sg (the "website") is run by BUILDBLOCKOS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202637883K), 6 Derbyshire Road, #25-04, 6 Derbyshire, Singapore 309462, trading as BuildBlock ("we", "us").

1.2 These terms apply to anyone who uses the website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. The website is information only

2.1 The website describes our services in general terms. It is not advice for your particular business, and you should not rely on it as advice.

2.2 Nothing on the website is an offer to provide services. Examples, timelines and results shown on the website are illustrations, not promises.

2.3 We provide services only under a signed Statement of Work and our Standard Terms (Schedule A). If anything on the website differs from a signed Statement of Work, the Statement of Work applies.

2.4 Booking a call does not create an engagement or any obligation on either of us.

3. Our content

3.1 We or our licensors own the text, graphics, diagrams, logos and other content on the website.

3.2 You may view the website, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own reference or your organisation's internal use.

3.3 You may not, without our written permission:

(a) copy, republish or sell our content;

(b) present our content as your own; or

(c) scrape or bulk-collect content from the website.

4. Other companies' names and tools

4.1 The website mentions products such as Notion, n8n and Claude. Those names and logos belong to their owners.

4.2 Mentioning a product does not mean its owner endorses us, unless we say so expressly.

4.3 Links to other websites, including our booking page on Notion Calendar, are for convenience. We are not responsible for other websites or how they handle your data.

5. Using the website properly

5.1 You will not:

(a) try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;

(b) introduce viruses or other harmful code;

(c) disrupt or overload the website; or

(d) use the website for anything unlawful.

6. No guarantees

6.1 We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is".

6.2 We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, complete, up to date or always available.

6.3 We may change or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.

7. Our liability

7.1 To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website.

7.2 Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

7.3 Our liability for services we provide to a client is governed by the signed Statement of Work and Schedule A, not by these terms.

8. Privacy

8.1 Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the website.

9. Changes to these terms

9.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.

9.2 The version on the website when you use it applies to that use.

10. General

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

10.2 A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of them.

10.3 If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
